Delivery Areas
We deliver within the United Kingdom and to selected countries in Europe.
Please note that we currently do not ship to the Netherlands.
For international orders, customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order are legal to import, possess, and use in their destination country.
Dispatch Times
We dispatch orders from Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays and public holidays.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same working day, subject to payment confirmation, stock availability, and any required age verification checks.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM will usually be dispatched the next working day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday, or at any time during the weekend, will usually be dispatched on the following Monday or the next working day.
Please note that dispatch times may be affected during busy periods, seasonal demand, courier delays, or where age verification is required before dispatch.

We use trusted delivery partners, including Royal Mail and DPD.

Delivery prices and services may change from time to time. The final delivery cost will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and begin from the date your order is dispatched, not from the date the order is placed.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over £25, where applicable.
Free shipping availability may depend on the order value, delivery address, product type, and courier service available at checkout.
Age Verification
Juice N Power sells age-restricted products and only supplies products to customers aged 18 years or over.
We reserve the right to request age verification before dispatching an order, if deemed necessary. This may include requesting valid proof of age documents.
In some cases, our delivery partners may also require proof of age upon delivery.
Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age may result in your order being delayed or cancelled.
Delivery Process
If your parcel cannot fit through your letterbox and no one is available to accept delivery, the courier may:

Any action taken by the courier will usually be reflected in the tracking information.
Please ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is full, accurate, and suitable for receiving parcels. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will usually receive tracking details by email or SMS, depending on the courier service used and the contact details provided at checkout.
Please use the tracking information to monitor your parcel and make any delivery arrangements directly with the courier where available.
Proof of Delivery
An order will be considered successfully delivered when the tracking information provided by the courier confirms delivery to the address supplied at checkout, a designated safe place, a neighbour, or a collection point.
If you choose a safe place or provide delivery instructions to the courier, you accept responsibility for the parcel once it has been delivered according to those instructions.
Lost, Missing or Stolen Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at sales@juicenpower.com with your order number and tracking information.
We will review the tracking details and, where necessary, raise an investigation with the courier.
Where a parcel is confirmed as delivered by the courier, our responsibility for the shipment may be considered fulfilled. If a parcel is lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed, we may be unable to offer a refund or replacement unless the courier accepts responsibility for the loss.
We recommend contacting the courier directly as they may be able to provide further delivery details.
Preventing Parcel Theft
To help reduce the risk of parcel theft, we recommend:

Customs, Duties and International Orders
Customers ordering products for delivery outside the United Kingdom are responsible for ensuring that the products they purchase are legal to import, possess, and use in their destination country.
You are responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations relating to the importation of vaping products, nicotine products, and any other goods purchased from our website.
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs charges, VAT, taxes, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Juice N Power has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
We recommend contacting your local customs authority before placing an international order.
Customs Refusals and Returns
If an international shipment is refused, detained, rejected, destroyed, or returned by customs, the customer will be responsible for any related costs, including return shipping charges where applicable.
If the order is returned to us and the products are received in a resalable condition, customers may choose either:

We are unable to refund products that are seized, destroyed, or not returned to us by customs or delivery authorities.
Incorrect Address Details
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order.
If an order is delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer, we may not be able to offer a refund for delivery charges.
If the parcel is returned to us, we may offer re-dispatch at the customer’s expense or a refund for the product value only, depending on the condition of the returned items.
