If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical, typographical, or system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

We do not store your full card details on our website. Card payments are processed securely by the relevant payment provider.

Your bank or card statement may show the payment under Juice N Power, All Power Trading Ltd, Worldpay, or another related payment descriptor depending on the payment method used.

If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed. We are not responsible for any charges applied by your bank or card provider.

7. Discount Codes, Offers and Promotions

From time to time, we may offer discount codes, multibuy offers, promotional pricing, or special deals.

Unless stated otherwise:

  • Only one discount code can be used per order

  • Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers

  • Discount codes are non-transferable

  • Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash

  • Offers may be changed, withdrawn, or ended at any time

8. Delivery Areas

We deliver within the United Kingdom and to selected countries in Europe.

We do not currently ship to the Netherlands.

International delivery availability may vary depending on product type, local regulations, courier restrictions, and customs requirements. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel international orders where we are unable to legally or safely ship the products.

9. Dispatch Times

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays and public holidays.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Monday to Friday will usually be dispatched the same working day, subject to payment confirmation, stock availability, and any required age verification checks.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM will usually be dispatched the next working day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday, or during the weekend, will usually be dispatched on the following Monday or next working day.

During busy periods, seasonal demand, courier delays, or unexpected operational issues, dispatch may take longer.

Delivery costs may change from time to time. The final delivery cost will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

We offer free shipping on orders over £25, where applicable. Free shipping eligibility may depend on the delivery address, product type, order value, and available courier services.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and begin from the date of dispatch, not from the date the order is placed.

11. Delivery Process

If your parcel cannot fit through your letterbox and no one is available to accept delivery, the courier may:

  • Leave the parcel in a designated safe place

  • Deliver it to a neighbour

  • Attempt redelivery

  • Take it to a local collection point

Any action taken by the courier will normally be shown in the tracking information.

Please make sure the delivery address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

12. Proof of Delivery

An order may be considered delivered when the courier tracking information confirms delivery to the address supplied at checkout, a designated safe place, a neighbour, or a collection point.

If you choose a safe place or provide delivery instructions to the courier, you accept responsibility for the parcel once it has been delivered in line with those instructions.

If you believe your parcel has been incorrectly marked as delivered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and tracking details so we can investigate with the courier.

13. Lost, Missing or Stolen Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us with your order number and tracking information.

We will review the tracking details and, where necessary, raise an investigation with the courier.

Where a parcel is confirmed as delivered by the courier to the address or delivery location provided, we may be unable to offer a refund or replacement unless the courier accepts responsibility for the loss.

If a parcel is lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed, we recommend contacting the courier directly, as they may be able to provide further assistance.

To help reduce the risk of parcel theft, we recommend:

  • Choosing a delivery address where someone is available to receive the parcel

  • Only using a safe place when suitable and secure

  • Monitoring tracking updates regularly

  • Collecting parcels promptly from collection points

14. Delivery Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • Courier network disruptions

  • Adverse weather conditions

  • Customs inspections

  • Public holidays

  • Industrial action or strikes

  • High seasonal demand

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery details

  • Age verification delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, but we will do our best to assist where possible.

15. Customs, Duties and International Orders

Customers ordering products for delivery outside the United Kingdom are responsible for ensuring that the products they purchase are legal to import, possess, and use within the destination country.

You are responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations relating to the importation of vaping products, nicotine products, and any other goods purchased from our website.

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs charges, VAT, taxes, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Juice N Power has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs authority before placing an order.

If an international shipment is refused, detained, rejected, destroyed, or returned by customs, the customer will be responsible for any related costs, including return shipping charges where applicable.

If the order is returned to us and the products are received in a resalable condition, customers may choose either:

  • A refund of the product value, excluding original shipping charges and any additional costs; or

  • Re-dispatch of the order at the customer’s expense

We are unable to refund products that are seized, destroyed, or not returned to us by customs or delivery authorities.

16. Changing or Cancelling an Order Before Dispatch

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately at sales@juicenpower.com.

We will do our best to help, but once an order has been processed, packed, or dispatched, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it.

If the order has already been dispatched, you may need to follow our returns process.

17. Returns and Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving your goods, unless an exception applies.

To cancel or return an order, you must contact us first at sales@juicenpower.com with your order number and reason for return.

Returned items must be unused, unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging.

For hygiene, health protection, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, unsealed, or tampered vape products unless they are faulty. This may include e-liquids, prefilled pods, mouthpieces, coils, vape kits, and any product that cannot be safely resold once opened.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

18. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be returned within the applicable return period

  • Be unused and unopened

  • Be in its original sealed packaging

  • Include all original accessories, packaging, manuals, and parts where applicable

  • Be in a resalable condition

  • Have been approved for return by our customer service team

We reserve the right to refuse a return or make a reasonable deduction from the refund if the product has been used, damaged, opened, handled excessively, or returned in a condition that affects resale.

19. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning items, as we are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

If the return is due to our error or a confirmed faulty item, we will advise you on the next steps.

20. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will confirm whether the refund has been approved.

Where a refund is approved, we will refund the amount due to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned product or receiving acceptable proof that the product has been returned, where applicable.

Original delivery charges may not be refundable unless required by law or where the return is due to our error.

Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

21. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@juicenpower.com with your order number and clear details of the issue.

We may ask for photos, videos, batch numbers, or other information to help us assess the issue.

Where an item is confirmed as faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, we will offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the circumstances.

We are unable to accept responsibility for damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, incorrect handling, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow product instructions.

22. Product Use and Safety

You are responsible for using all products safely and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

Vaping products, batteries, chargers, and e-liquids must be stored and used responsibly. Products should be kept out of reach of children and pets at all times.
